Shipping & Policy

The currency in my store is set as USD. For customers in Hong Kong you may contact me directly if

you would like to pay with Hong Kong dollars. I accept PAYME, FPS and cash.

All my items will be well packaged and thoroughly protected, including plastic materials and custom-made boxes. Usually a lot of my packaging will be reused for environmentally friendly. Before shipping the item, some photos will be taken to show the security of the packaging and will be sent to the customer’s email, or via Instagram messaging as requested. Please be aware that colour variants of the products may occur depending on the device used.

Certificate of Authenticity will be provided and will be put together in the packaging.

International shipping

Local postage with tracking will be used. The items are shipped within 3 days once payment is confirmed. If you expect something urgently, please feel free to contact me (heinga.healing@hotmail.com) before you buy the item.

Fedex will also be used for any item: 1. over 3KG (no extra payment is needed as a big thanks for your support!) 2. any country where local postage is not available. 3. as requested, please email me at heinga.healing@hotmail.com / message me via Instagram message (Link is in the top left hand corner of every page in my website, just click the instagram icon and you will be directed to my instagram page).

Shipping time could be varied due to the carrier of shipping, delivery location and the method of delivery. 

Customers are liable for any duty charge levied in their own country. 

I would highly recommend customers to buy insurance as no refund / compensation will be given for any damaged or lost item.


Local shipping (Hong Kong)

I will be happy to do the delivery in person! However if you prefer using postage I will be either using SF express or Hong Kong Post. Flat rates applied according to the weight of the item.


Payment

I accept payment through PayPal and credit card. Bought items will be shipped within 3 days once payments have cleared. 


Cancellation

No cancellation is accepted. However, if you would like to change your mind to buy another item instead, please contact me! (heinga.healing@hotmail.com)


Returns details

Please contact me if you would like a refund. The item must be resent back to my full address, and be in good condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in good and undamaged condition.

Please contact me within 2 days upon receiving the item and ship it back within 6 days of delivery. 

 

Damaged Items in Transit 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact me immediately.
